3rd Repeat Violation. In the tall reach in cooler, observed raw salmon and raw tuna stored over cucumbers and zucchini. In one pan, observed raw tuna and ready to eat imitation crab. Raw foods were moved below the ready to eat foods. Raw foods were placed in separate pans from ready to eat foods.
