Observed employee picking up a box of gloves that fell on the ground, then proceeded to put on gloves and engage in food tasks. Manager told employee to stop and wash their hands. Observed main dishwasher set at 0 ppm bleach. Nobody present was able to work the machine. Machine was put out of service. Facility is using 3 compartment sink in the mean time, and was set correctly during inspection. Ensure that the bleach dishwasher is set at 50-100 ppm bleach on the test strips. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
