Inspector's notes

-- Near dry storage area, observed sloped grated drain unable to clear small puddle of water. All plumbing fixtures were ran for several minutes to verify no active sewage on site. The person in charge provided proof of a work order to repair drain at the time of inspection. Requested at the time of inspection the PIC use wet vacuum to dispose of water. Condensate drainage and other non sewage liquids and rainwater shall be drained from point of discharge to disposal according to law. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

-- On shelf in dry storage area, multiple containers of hand soap and sanitizers are being stored above cases of gloves used for food preparation. No visible contamination observed. Reviewed approved storage for toxic substances with the person in charge (PIC): chemicals must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items at all times to prevent contamination. All chemicals were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
