Observed the floor in the back storage area with the tile cut into and bare ground exposed. PIC states the landlord had to access a pipe in the ground and used backhoe to dig up the floor. PIC states the landlord has intentions to repair the floor, but has not provided a timeline for repair. Educated PIC that all floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Correct prior to next routine inspection.
