Observed several produce items and TCS foods such as tomatoes and wonton wrappers with organic growth in the reach-in and standing refrigerator. All food must be in good condition and honestly presented. According to owner, business has been closed to the public for over a week and is not scheduled to reopen until later this week. Owner discarded all food with organic growth. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed no test strips available for chlorine sanitizer in dishwasher. Test strips must be available for all types of sanitizer used in establishment to ensure proper concentrations are being used. Tested dishwasher that was not currently in use and dishwasher did not read. Please obtain test strips and send photo to inspector by 12/15/25. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
