The operator was advised to submit a remodeling application to the County prior to beginning the proposed work.Operator also stated that they are undergoing a name change to Bianco International Foods, Inc. Advised operator to also submit name change with County.

Observed several boxes of food pulled out for delivery being stored on floor of walk-in refrigerator. Discussed with PIC that all foods are required to be stored 6 inches off the ground at all times.
