Establishment uses an oil fryer for French fries but does not have a ventilation hood to accommodate. Employee agreed to stop using this equipment and use oven for fries instead. Please ensure establishment is equipped with adequate ventilation for use of equipment which may splash or vaporize oils. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Labels should include the following: Basic Requirements: 1) Name of Product; 2) Processor Name; 3) Processor Address or Phone Number; 4) Ingredients; 5) Approximate Weight; 6) In English 7)Allergens Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
