Observed a full pill organizer case being stored balanced on containers above prep table, which was being used at time, during inspection. Medications were moved to a safe location at time. Please ensure all medications are stored safely and away from food items, equipment, or prep areas to prevent contamination. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
