Observed a temperature of 131*F to 139*F in the hi temp dish machine in the laundering area. This machine is used to sanitize the coffee containers used for their breakfast. Observed 149*F in the hi temp dish machine onsite, used to sanitize the coffee urns. Hi temp dish machines should be hotter than 160*F to ensure the dishes are properly sanitized.
