Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed prepackaged red and green salsas with temperatures of 57 to 58*F sitting in a metal pan out at ambient temperature. Per PIC, establishment received the salsas less than an hour prior to inspection. PIC moved salsas to walk-in cooler to rapid cool at time of inspection. TCS foods must be cooled in: uncovered/loosely covered, shallow containers less than 4 inches deep, in equipment designed to rapidly cool, by using an ice bath, by using ice as an ingredient, or another effective means. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
