Advisory conducted with owner.Report emailed to Zaid.Prior to permit issuance:1. Provide a 75-gallon water heater or an additional tankless that will operate with 50-gallon water heater that is already installed. Operator will email specs if necessary.2. Adjust faucet at 3 compartment sink so that it fills all 3 basins.3. Provide mixing faucet on mop sink with hot and cold water supplied. Mop sink must have a built in backflow (Atmospheric vacuum breaker) if threaded faucet.4. Have reduced pressure zone assembly for carbonated beverage machine tested and certified by a licensed backflow specialist.5. Keg cooler may not drain to container or bucket. Sump pumps are not approved either. If there is not a floor drain to drain keg cooler to, then please cap drain under tap handles. This will now act a drip tray and will need to be cleaned out as often as necessary to avoid spills.6. Provide 4in or 6in vinyl cove along front counter at floor juncture.7. Provide waterproof splash guards that are faucet height at front hand wash sink.8. Seal/paint wood above prep sink.9. Remove soap, paper towels and hand wash signage from prep sink.10. Reattach/reseal prep sink at wall juncture.11. Clean walk-in. Reseal with rust inhibitor where necessary.12. Clean out utility room, seal all holes, gaps, cracks.13. Provide 3/8th finger cove in restrooms along all base trim at floor juncture.Urinal partition in men's restroom is required- due to location to hand wash sink, recommend making it a single occupant restroom so partition is not required.On site visit to discuss possible changes to permts.
