Observed pre-packaged red and green salsa & shredded cheese brought into the facility with temperatures between 51 -71*F at time of inspection. Per employee, items were picked up from commissary and was transported for 30 mins. PIC put all items on ice and in a reach- in cooler to rapid cool at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
