Observed no paper towel at hand wash sink in the storage area. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Manager put paper towel at the hand wash sink at time of inspection. Manager informed the salmon had been cold holding in drawer since night prior and discarded and placed squash in alternate cold holding unit. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
