Advisory. Sewer cleanout cap installed. Sewage overflow cleaned. Spoke with on-site PIC. The establishment may resume retail gas sales and the sale of pre-packed non-TCS foods. The retail food and Eating & Drinking permits are not approved. The red legal sign must remain posted on the kitchen door, until further notice. The establishment must correct all previous items as directed by the Plan Review Inspector, including thoroughly cleaning and organizing the establishment. Request and schedule a re-inspection when all previous items have been corrected. No additional legal action at this time.
