Advisory. Unable to remove closed sign that was posted on the front of the kitchen and retail door due to active raw sewage coming up out of the clean out cover in the parking lot and not meeting minimum requirements to operate. Please complete the following: 1)Provide a clean out cap for sewage line. 2)Clean and power wash the exterior area exposed to sewage overflow. 3)Provide a written narrative of work complete, including receipts, and City of Mesa contact. Spoke with on-site PIC and manager via phone and left contact information with the employee.Establishment was not open and operating at the time of inspection and was not approved. Follow-up required. Request a re-inspection. No additional legal action at this time.
