Observed diced red cabbage that was rinsed and washed in water with drops of chlorine as stated by the person in charge and stored in a container in the cold top cooler across from hot holding units. Discontinue washing and rinsing produce in wash solutions with chlorine. All food must be in good condition, safe, and unadulterated. All adulterated food was discarded at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
