Observed cut watermelon, gallon of whole milk, green chicken tamales, red pork tamales whipped cream, half and half and horchata agua fresca with an internal temperature of 45*F at time of inspection. TCS foods were moved to reach-in cooler in front of establishment until repairs can be completed. Also discussed doing minimal prep to minimize health hazards.
