Predefined Comment: Due to the violations noted on this inspection report, County legal action may result from this inspection.Establishment observed selling raw packaged chicken (2 bags) and advertising goat products without a meat permit. Predefined Comment: You are hereby notified that you are operating this establishment in violation of the MCEHC. Per Chapter 1, Regulation 4(a) "No person shall conduct an operation or operate an establishment for which a permit is required without holding the necessary and valid permit to do so, unless otherwise specified in this Environmental Health Code." County legal action may result due to violations observed during this inspection. Please contact the Department to schedule a follow-up inspection at 602.506.6980 once violations have been corrected. Please be advised that the New Business Permit Application fee includes one initial inspection and one follow-up inspection. Additional fees will be assessed for any additional follow-up plan review inspections. ___________Per PIC, establishment will cease selling raw chicken at this time and removed from sales floor. Establishment does have plans to have eating and dining and meat permits in the future.

Frozen raw goat meat and chicken for sale in standing reach in freezer have no labels. Instructed person in charge to provide labels as to origin of purchase/production. As per person in charge and receipts product is prepared and packaged at other permitted facility.
