Observed employee with gloves touching dirty dishes at the dishwashing area, then removing gloves, and putting away clean dishes with new gloves, without washing their hands. Talked to manager, and had employee immediately wash hands. Ensure that handwashing occurs going from dirty to clean tasks in the kitchen. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
