No certified Food Manager was present at the time of inspection. In Compliance with the Food Code, Maricopa County requires a Food Manager present during operating hours. Emailed Maricopa Policy changes and additional resources on where to acquire a Food Manager Certification. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed dishes drying inside of the sanitizer basin. When asked, employee stated they only wash and rinse dishes. No sanitizer was onsite. Employee went to a nearby store to obtain sanitizer. EHS trained the employee on sanitizing requirements and dishes were sanitized at time of inspection. All dishware for commercial use must be sanitized using an approved sanitizer. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
