Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.Discussed removing the hose to the chemical dispenser once it is no longer being used or switching to the water source without an atmospheric vacuum breaker. Per PIC the store occasionally conducts cooking and sampling of meats. Observed the cooking equipment and fridge storage for the meats but no sampling at time of inspection. In order to conduct cooking, sampling, or any other food handling, an Eating and Drinking (E&D) permit is required. Please apply for an E&D permit or cease sampling.
