Observed no paper towels dispensing from the dispenser located by the hand sink near the front register. Employee provided a roll of paper towels and placed them on the counter by the sink. Observed over 500ppm quat concentration in the sanitizer bucket. The bucket contents were emptied and refilled to 150ppm. Trained employee on how to monitor levels. Levels must be between 150-400ppm. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
