Observed 80F hot water from hand sink, and it never got hot at the hand sink. Ensure that each sink in the facility has cold and hot water present. Hot water needs to be 100F. Repair station, and send picture of 100F water within 10 days. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
