#52 — Sewage and Waste Water Properly DisposedPriority5-402.13

PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-402.13, P: Conveying Sewage ---Observed sewer overflow from the drain in front of the fountain drink machine. Facility had separate water lines from other fixtures, and is isn't affecting any other areas of the facility. Manager quarantined off the area, and put the ice maker and drinks trough out of service until repair has been made. Checked with supervisor and area was given 24 hours to correct the issue to prevent a suspension. Manager contacted higher managers, to expedite the process. Will reinspect within 24 hour. The root cause is the toe kick of the cabinet being installed against the drain grate, making it impossible to remove. This made the drain unable to be cleaned. Drain is still 100% blocked, but not overflowing throughout the facility after being cordoned off. Correct By: Correct Prior To Reinspection
