Observed empty paper towel dispenser at hand sink at the coffee station. Manager refilled the container. Ensure there is paper towels at each hand sink at all times. Informed management. They have monthly pest control service, and do a deep cleaning of the area each month. Facility has recently repaired a broken drain pipe in the area.
