Inspector's notes

Observed dishwasher dispensing 0ppm of chlorine in final rinse cycle. Dishwasher had quat sanitizer connected, once chlorine sanitizer was connected, sanitizer did not dispense. All low temp dishwashing machines must dispense 50-100ppm of chlorine in final rinse. A work order was placed and 3 compartment sink will be used until dishwasher is repaired. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 4-601.11(A) - Priority Foundation: Equipment, Food-Contact Surfaces, Nonfood-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils.
