Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.All beef burgers cooked to 155°F. Discussed proper handwashing, use of cellphones, employee watches/ jewelry. Also discussed grilled onions made in larger batch for rush times. Suggested using time as a control for grilled onions. This item shall be held hot at 135°F or 4 hour time control should be utilized and discarded at end of 4 hours. Also discussed procedures for vomit/ fecal accident cleanup.
