Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.Discussed the use of the 3 comp sink for washing the small cooler chests used for transport. Please maintain the area clean and do the washing from right to left, reverse of the signage, due to the presence of several drains directed into the right side drainboard and sink. The drains should be directed to a floor drain rather than the sink.
