Inspector's notes

Please ask coke to replace the dual check valves on the carbonators or inspect the check valves and tag them stating they are working properly. One of the check valves is corroded. The other option is to have the reduced pressure zone backflow valves upstream tested and certified. The dining room soda station was not in use because the backflow valve was leaking. Both stations had a RPZ and dual check valve installed. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Light was measured at 10-12 Footcandles at the three-compartment sink. Please increase the intensity and provide at least 20-Footcandles. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
