Observed reduced oxygen packaged tuna thawing on a tray in the walk in refrigerator. According to manufacturer label, reduced oxygen packaging (ROP) should be removed prior to thawing under refrigeration. All ROP fish was removed from ROP packaging at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
