Inspector's notes

Observed cardboard boxes pf vegetables stored on floor of the walk-in cooler. Cardboard boxes of retail items stored on the floor throughout the establishment. Spoke with PIC and they stated that shelves are to be installed in the walk-in and plastic stands are being delivered for retail sales floor for the items to be stored on. PIC directed associate to move food items off the floor. Food must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground at all times to prevent contamination from the premises. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
