No open food handling, cutting or re-portioning/re-packaging is conducted. If business model changes in the future to conduct meat cutting, reportioning/ repackaging, other open food handling, expansion of menu, or other types of food service, a remodel will be required to address physical facilities requirements. Requirements would include but not necessarily be limited to installing a 50-gallon water heater, replacing ceiling tiles with a light color and vinyl-faced, installing a hand sink in front service area.
