Reviewed MCESD requirements with the person in charge: food and equipment must be protected from dead insects/insect fragments. At the time of inspection, the container of onions were relocated to an approved dry storage area. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Reviewed approved storage locations for single-use articles: equipment, utensils, linens and single-service/single-use articles are to be stored in a clean, dry location; where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and at least 15 cm (6 inches) above the floor. Requested the person in charge relocate items to an approved dry storage area at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
