Items listed still need to be corrected from the OC Inspection. 1) Please caulk around the pipe penetrations around the front handwashing sink. 2) Please provide washable, vinyl ceiling tiles over the water heater. 3) Please repair the flooring in the kitchen and oven area so that it is smooth, durable, and easily cleanable.
