Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 1. The atmospheric vacuum breaker at the mop sink's faucet is still leaking after the repair. Please repair/ replace the vacuum breaker. 2. Noted food/ grime built up in floor sinks, floor, sinks, handles of equipment, filters, etc. Detail clean the facility from ceiling, walls and floor regularly to prevent built up. 3. Clean/ replace filter inside the restroom and return vent filter. Clean ceiling tiles.
