Repeat Violation From OC inspection on 4/27/2026 1. Repair condensate leak from the front of the wall AC unit over the clean table of dishwasher. Containers are currently catching drips. Repair to avoid contamination. Maintenance is in process of repairing/correcting the condensate leak. 2. Repair cabinet base under ice bin in server area. It is badly warped, mildewed. Recommend stainless or FRP for a waterproof longevity. 3. Clean floor sink in server area. Heavy accumulation of mold/mildew. Utilize hot water and sanitizing agents. Remove all debris. SECOND CONSECUTIVE VIOLATION 5-205.15 (B) - Core: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained Predefined Comment: All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times.
