-- Multiple TCS sandwiches such as a Cajun turkey sandwich, turkey & cheese on wheat, and turkey club on wheat sandwich were past their expiration date of 5/24/26. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). Contacted vendor via email advising the expired items will need to be discarded. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
