Spoke to the owner Daniel Hardwick. He informed me that he originally wanted to keep the permit open while trying to sell the unit but changed his mind since he is not operating and doesn't plan to operate, he wants the permit closed out.

Spoke to the owner over the phone. He informed me that he has not been working the unit and it is currently parked. He wants to sell the unit but also wants to keep the permit active just in case. Months of operation changed to reflect this information. I also spoke to him about completing the renewal attestation. I resent the link and he assured me he will complete and submit it.
