Obseved the following tcs foods out of cold holding stored inside a reach-in reach-in refrigerator that was holding at 55F for an unknown amount of time, per operator; hot dogs 56F, milk 54F, cheese 55F. Operator voluntarily discarded the tcs foods at time of inspection. Per operator, the milk had been purchased about an hour ago and gallons of milk were moved to the freezer at the time of inspection. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
