Inspector's notes

Observed cut arugula, mascarpone cheese, pepperjack and cheddar cheese cubes cold holding at internal temperature of 51-55 deg F in a reach in cold unit that was holding >41 deg F. This is a Mobil unit that operates out of a fixed location and this reach in unit holds the operator's food preparation items. Manager informed the food items had been placed in unit a short time prior and relocated to alternate unit. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
