Observed multiple containers of Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) food items including Pico de Gallo and Chile Relleno located in a reach-in refrigerator with date marks past 7 days. Per manager, the Pico de Gallo was prepared on 10/21 and the Chile Relleno was prepared on 10/15. Ready-To-Eat/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). The manager voluntarily discarded the food items at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
