Upon arrival near 91st Ave & McDowell, truck is not operating. Contacted operator by phone with RS: #1380 to schedule an inspection. Inspection is scheduled for 3:00 PM near Desert Horizon Elementary School (8525 W Osborn Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85037) on 08/21/2023.

Spoke to owner via phone to verify operation hours and location. Owner requested a Spanish translator. Department will follow up with owner later this month.
