Contacted operator about their operation schedule, and operator stated that they had scheduled their inspection at the Mobile office for 8/22 at 4pm.

Operator was unavailable at time of the inspection. Contacted the operator via the phone number provided and was unable to get update information about location and hours of operations. Left a voice message and, an email was also sent out to the operator about their hours of operation. Please contact the Department at 602.506.6824 to inform us of the days and times and location for which you will be in operation so that an inspection of the Mobile Food Establishment can be conducted. Or contact the office if you no longer own the unit.
