Inspector's notes
Observed the mobile establishment filling up their potable water tank from a potable water source (spigot on their property) other than from their commissary kitchen. In addition, the mobile establishment was using a non-food grade hose to fill the tank. Per manager, they only use the water to wash dishes with. MF Type III-Mobile food establishments shall not connect to water or wastewater systems except during servicing operations at a commissary or as approved by the Department. In addition, the mobile unit shall use an NSF-certified, food grade hose to fill its tank. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
