Observed facility is rinsing rags at the hand sink. 3 compartment sink had a cutting board over it, make the hand sink the only one accessible. Manager removed the cutting boards. Ensure that only handwashing occurrs at the hand sink. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed facility had a blue liquid in a spray bottle, as per manager, it was glass cleaner. Manager labeled the bottle. Ensure that all chemicals are labeled to avoid misuse. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

After discussing with PIC, the ribs are only ROP for transport and held less than 24 hours.
