Observed in cooler salsas (red and green) with internal temperatures measured to be 46-49*F, and chorizo with internal temperature measured to be 49*F. Per Person in Charge items were transported on ice at or below 41*F and cooler was just plugged in thirty minutes prior. Ambient temperature of cooler 40*F after several minutes.
