Sanitizer buckets observed with 0ppm chlorine concentration. PIC made new buckets with proper sanitizer concentration between 50-100ppm. Test strips were available and easily accessible. Also advised PIC to store sanitizer cloths in sanitizer buckets, not atop counter tops. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
