Operator contacted inspector via text after they received a voice message that was left from the inspector about operation scheduled. Owner also sent a text for the inspector to update their email on file because they did not received the ineffective visit report. Emailed updated!

Operator was unavailable at time of the inspection. Contacted the operator via the phone number provided and was unable to get information about update on location and hours of operation. Left leave a voice message, and an email was also sent out to the operator about their hours of operation.
