Person in charge said they had been prepared 3 days prior and date marked them at time. Please ensure all time/temperature controlled for safety food items are date marked to be discarded 6 days after the date that they have been prepared or removed from packaging. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed case of raw eggs being stored on shelf above cooked rice and tortillas in lowboy cooler during inspection. Eggs were moved to a safe location at time. Please ensure all raw animal products are stored safely and in a way that cannot contaminate ready to eat food items.
