Inspector's notes
Unit water heater would not turn on at time of inspection. Hand sink could only produce cold water at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Operator said they would get heater operating and have is re-inspected by regular inspector on 2/23. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

Observed a can of "Hot Shot Ant, Roach, and Spider Killer" in the MF unit at time of inspection. All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection. Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed a drain pipe with red syrup leaking from the seems onto the T-joint and pooling into the bottom of the unit. Educated PIC that all plumbing must be sealed to prevent leakage. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Correct prior to next routine inspection.
